Γνωστός από τις κωμωδίες που παίχτηκαν το 2000 και 2004 αντίστοιχα, είχε σκηνοθετήσει και επεισόδια από πολλές τηλεοπτικές σειρές.

The Sopranos, Sports Night, Strangers With Candy, Arrested Development, The Office, Felicity, Everwood, Gilmore Girls, Freaks and Geeks, The Mind of the Married Man, The Tick και Party of Five.
